Waterville Opera House

Nurturing the spirit and imagination since 1902, the Waterville Opera House has housed many breathtaking performances including theater, dance, vaudeville, film festivals, and traveling comedy acts. The Opera House provides entertainment for visitors of all ages including children and adults. The “destination for the arts” in Maine looks forward to another century especially after its recent $4.5 million renovation.


Kennebec Messalonskee Trails

As a recipient of the 2009 Land User of the Year award, the KM trails (over 40 miles) provide walkers, runners, and bicyclists an opportunity to experience the true beauty of Waterville, Winslow, and Fairfield. The breathtaking scenic sights will capture your heart and help you to see nature for what it really is. The KM trails are in a variety of locations including: Thomas and Colby College campuses, Fort Halifax Park, and many more.
