The expansion of a popular natural wine and craft beer shop offers a finer dining spot in the town of Fairfield. Plans for a wine bar serving small plates morphed into a full restaurant after the owners connected with Chef Justin Bard. The menu is made almost entirely of local foods and therefore changes frequently. Duck confit ramen, steak tacos, vegetable risotto, and striped sea bass have made an appearance this winter, and the beer and wine list shows off the owners’ expertise.
